Monday we had a huge storm come in which dropped a ton (I mean a ton!) of snow. One of our favorite things to do is walk the path by the river after a fresh snow. Jared and I were going to go early Tuesday morning but decided that taking the kids for Home Evening would be more fun. So we all bundled up and headed out. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet (well if you could block out my noisy kids). We had lots of fun and I'm so glad we did it.
I need to apologize I haven't mastered the photo taking at twilight, in the snow.

Gannon loved eating the snow. Notice his gloves are--oh I don't know---3 sizes too big. He gets so CRANKY when his hands get cold. They seemed to do the trick.

SO Beautiful!!! We had no snow today - but ugly snow. Not the pretty fresh cover everything snow. Looks like you guys had a blast!

ReplyDeleteAwesome pictures - your pretty dang good! Isn't it awesome to live by a river - you get some awesome views. Usually I wouldn't call a snowstorm in March beautiful - but this one was!

ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! I love that you go for a walk after a good snow like that. I might have to take that idea (if I can remember - next year). I loved the snow, my kids were out playing in it that night too. Hope it was the last though.
