On Wednesday we traveled (like it's far) to Provo for the District Hershey Track Meet. It was hot, Kennedy was nervous, and the little ones--bored. Finally the time arrived for Kennedy to race. The competition looked tough. There were 14 girls. Ages 10-12 years old. Kennedy took 2nd in her heat and 4th overall. She was super bummed, but her mom and dad and rest of the family super proud. We're hoping we have a little track star on our hands.

WAY TO GO! She has definitely got talent!! And a future SF Track star. GO Kennedy-maybe by then Courtlyne will enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteShe must be a very competitive one. I'm sure she wouldn't have been happy with anything other than first place. She'll get there some day though. Keep up the good work.
