Kennedy was so sweet. She was so excited and had a hard time keeping her emotions inside. The spirit was really strong at her baptism. I feel so honored to be able to be there right after she came out of the water to hear how she was feeling. She cried a lot and told me it was because she was happy. She kept saying how she wished she could do it again and that she couldn't believe she finally was baptized. I was a little suprised at the tears totally opposite from McKenna---she couldn't quit smiling. I love to be able to share that time with them right after. I missed that with Gunnar and he being my first I didn't really realize what I was missing. I hope it is something they will remember always. It was an awesome day!
Almost all of Jared's family was there and my parents came. We even had some friends from AZ come which was fun since it has been awhile since we've seen them.
Uncle Bryan wanted to make sure he made it into the photo album

We had such a wonderful time attending Kennedy's baptism. She is a lovely girl and we are so happy she has taken that big step. It was a beautiful and touching program and everything went very well.
ReplyDeleteThat is funny, because when we went the doors were all locked too. Crazy. I have to agree with the whole, being able to be there right after. I didn't get to experience that with Gavon and it was amazing with Camryn. You are so lucky. You have such a great family, and you rock at motherhood. Good job.
