Just when there isn't enough to feel bad and guilty about.....there's more. I usually try to be the fun, creative, make my kids smile kinda mom (some of you may be shocked). Well, since the utter chaos has ensued at our house. I did nothing for Valentines Day---this one when sort of un-noticed or at least unvoiced. I did nothing for St. Patrick's day--Jared says "What no green milk? Green pancakes?" (Cringe) Then the icing April Fool's, yes I did nothing---all the kids at one point in the day "Mom what happened I though for sure we'd get some kind of weird looking food?" (Crushed) What can I say.......I did throw two birthday parties. That counts for something right. I just never thought they cared......I guess they do. Watch out Memorial Day :)

Boy will they be in for it next April Fools day! You are the best and created great memories. Might want to leave the Easter bunny a note, so he doesn't forget your house. :)
ReplyDeletewow, I am so glad you updated your blog and filled us in, on what's been happening in the Ballard household and all about your new family additions. They are all so beautiful and happy. Seems like there is lot's of love......and ps. don't feel bad about April Fool's, I messed that one up too!!
