Gannon has finally figured out the crawling thing, and he loves getting around. He's already exploring things he shouldn't be. I guess I need to baby proof my house. I thought I was going to get a few more weeks before he was on the move.
I watch a little girl on Friday mornings who is about 3-4 months older than Gannon. She has been crawling for awhile. When the babies would play he would just watch her crawl all around. Well, this last Friday they were playing on the floor and Gannon was able to follow her around. She crawled over to the couch and pulled herself up so she was standing. I swear Gannon had the look on his face of "WHAT? WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? HOW ARE YOU DOING THAT?" It was the funniest thing.
He'll figure it out soon enough.
His favorite thing is to crawl over to the stairs. He thinks he's pretty smart. I am pretty sure he is trying to figure out how to get up them. Little does he know that will soon come to an end with the gate.

Crawling is so fun. I know my Ashlynn is so much happier now that she can crawl and pull up and get around so much better. I don't really like the work it causes me, but oh well.
ReplyDeleteAnd by the way...I can't believe Gunnar is in the 7th grade! WOW! He sure grew up fast(not that he's done). And I'm really impressed with your daugther and the whole vaulting thing. I've never seen it done, so if you get a chance I would love to see some video of that!
